SHIPPING
We use EMS International Express Air freight which provides tracking and insurance for all parcels. We choose EMS for security and reliability along with its affiliation with most worldwide postal services. Parcels are airmailed and require signature upon delivery.
For all shipping please include a valid postal address and email address. We'll email you when your purchase has been confirmed to get your phone number. We'll only use your phone number for the courier to contact you if there are any problems with delivery (see our Privacy Policy for more details).
Standard delivery time from initial online order is approximately 7 to 14 days. Most parcels arrive within 10 days (if there are no customs delays).
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country and you are responsible for these charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, you may want to contact your local customs office for further information. Custom and duty charges may not be refunded should you return your purchase.

For tracking details, visit www.track-trace.com/post. Use "Track with options" then go to search your destination country for detailed advice or find the affiliated postal service for your country at www.ems.post/members-ems-cooperative.
EMS may use DHL for final delivery within your country. If there are no results in the first method described above, go to DHL www.dhl.com/en/express/tracking.html and enter your EMS number in the section "Track by shipper's reference".

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We trust you will love your new purchase, however if you need to return it, please email us at [email protected] within 48 hours after delivery date to inform us. Refund must be agreed to before the item is mailed back.
You can mail your item back to us if:
- The item is unused and in its original packaging along with the original email invoice.
- Deadline for returns is 14 days after delivery date.
- Return shipping costs are considered your responsibility.
- No refunds for "change of heart" will be issued.
- Sale items are non-refundable.
Once the item has been received in perfect condition, the refund shall be issued to your credit card for the total price excluding the shipping costs.
We only exchange goods if they are defective. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item or an incorrect order, please contact us promptly.
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order.

For the sake of the transactions and the executions of the orders and deliveries, we collect only the necessary personal data from you with your consent.
All purchases realized through our e-shop are fully secured and all personal data from your card transaction is handled by the Stripe secured transaction systems.
We will not share or sell any of your personal data transferred to us through your transactions.
